Job summary

Intellias is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design, implement, and evolve large-scale iGaming platforms with a focus on high-transaction systems and regulatory compliance.

The role requires deep technical expertise, domain knowledge in sports betting and casino gaming, and the ability to align solutions with business objectives. You will mentor teams, drive modernization journeys, and collaborate with product, compliance, and engineering stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering or solution architecture for high-transaction, regulated digital platforms.
• Proven success leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver complex projects on time and at scale.
• Mentor and develop technical talent, fostering collaborative and high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, resilient iGaming solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Develop end-to-end iGaming platform architectures, integrating networking, security, and application components.
• Provide architectural leadership in defining best practices, standards, and guidelines for cloud adoption.
• Define platform migration strategies and lead migration of on-premise/legacy apps to the cloud.
• Design security frameworks and ensure ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST and GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions and drive modernization journeys.
