Inetum is seeking an IT Support professional to manage user and e-banking accounts, control access rights, and perform provisioning/deprovisioning tasks in line with security policies. You will conduct access reviews, troubleshoot IAM issues, and ensure timely processing of requests, including password resets, with weekend standby when needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Active Directory, RSA and HID MFA platforms, Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 is valued.

Qualificações

• Experience or training in a related technical or IT support role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, RSA and HID platforms (MFA).
• Basic knowledge of Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 (O365).
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially by phone.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a professional attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights and roles according to defined policies and procedures.
• Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems, applications and resources.
• Perform regular reviews of user access to ensure security standards.
• Respond to and resolve basic identity and access management issues in a timely manner, collaborating with the team.
• Ensure requests for access rights are processed by contractual deadlines and correctly.
• Perform password reset.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone with professional assistance.
• Maintain weekend/holiday standby when required.
