Syffer by LUZA in Portugal is seeking an experienced IAM professional to define and drive the organization's identity and access management strategy, collaborate with business and tech teams, and lead secure, scalable identity services.

You will implement and maintain IDaaS, SSO and MFA, manage access controls, automate provisioning, assess risks, and contribute to a security-forward culture through documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent.
• Proven experience with IAM solutions and cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance and access controls.
• Experience with SSO, MFA and IDaaS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive IAM strategy with stakeholders.
• Design and manage identity services and authentication platforms.
• Lead centralized integration of apps in IAM ecosystem.
• Implement IDaaS and scalable identity architectures.
• Improve IAM processes and user access experience via automation.
• Manage application access controls and automated provisioning.
• Assess security requirements and mitigate identity risks.
• Monitor cybersecurity trends and IAM best practices.
• Evaluate IAM technologies aligning with business needs.
• Support incident response involving identity and access.
• Produce and maintain IAM technical documentation.
