Job summary

Boslan, part of Accenture, seeks an Electrical Engineer to act as technical reference on HV/MV power line projects, overseeing design, planning and execution in compliance with regulations and client requirements. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of 10–20 people on overhead and underground networks, ensuring deadlines and quality.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of site management and electrical project experience, strong knowledge of HV/MV networks (≥60 kV), and proficiency with DMElect

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in design, site management, and electrical project management.
• Proficiency in electrical network calculation software (DMElect or equivalent) and PLS-CADD.
• Authorization to sign High and Medium Voltage projects.
• Languages: Portuguese (native), high level of English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead work teams of 10 to 20 people.
• Plan and coordinate activities associated with the contract.
• Manage the technical relationship with the client, resolving issues and ensuring service satisfaction.
• Prepare, review, and validate electrical projects (reports, drawings, electrical and mechanical calculations, and budgets).
• Develop and optimize work procedures, proposing continuous improvements in processes, tools, and technical solutions to increase service quality and efficiency.
