Job summary

Boslan, part of Accenture, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to act as the technical reference on HV/MV power line projects in Portugal. You will lead design, planning, and execution, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.

With 6+ years of site management experience, you will supervise teams of 10–20, coordinate activities, review electrical projects, and maintain safety standards; fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in design, site management and electrical project management.
• Knowledge of HV/MV networks (≥60 kV) plus substations and switching centers.
• Experience with project management / ERP tools (SAP desirable).
• Authorization to sign High/Medium Voltage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead work teams of 10–20 people.
• Plan and coordinate contract activities.
• Manage technical relationship with the client and ensure service satisfaction.
• Prepare, review, and validate electrical projects and budgets.
• Develop and optimize work procedures for better quality and efficiency.
• Report deadlines, risks and compliance with objectives.
