Marsh is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Strategic Bid Center in Lisbon. You will design and deliver on-brand visuals for client-facing collateral, collaborating across teams and maintaining high-quality design across all project phases.

The role requires advanced PowerPoint, InDesign and Photoshop skills, with Premiere Pro/After Effects a plus, and a three-day-a-week office presence in a hybrid setup.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of graphic design experience in corporate, consulting, or creative environments.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills are required.
• Strong design, color and typography skills with brand adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Independently create innovative, on-brand visuals for client-facing collateral.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure quality across all design project phases and deadlines.
• Develop microsites, presentations, and supporting materials for pitches and internal initiatives.
• Contribute fresh ideas to enhance client meeting experiences and branding.
