You will help design, develop, and deliver modern cloud-native applications and digital solutions as a Senior Engineer, bridging architecture, design, and delivery with Product Owners, Engineers, and Architects.

YOUR ROLE

You will join a strategic engineering team supporting the design, development, and delivery of modern cloud-native applications and digital solutions. Acting as a Senior Engineer, you will work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Architects to bridge the gap between architecture, design, and delivery, ensuring the successful implementation of scalable and secure solutions.

• Support end-to-end application development initiatives, from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation and go-live;
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and contribute to technical decision‑making across development teams;
• Contribute to the development and evolution of cloud-native applications, APIs, and microservices-based architectures;
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business‑critical solutions;
• Support engineering teams in adopting DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and cloud technologies;
• Anticipate technical challenges, identify risks, and provide pragmatic solutions that support delivery goals;
• Act as a technical reference and knowledge carrier, supporting onboarding and ensuring continuity across teams;
• Promote modern software engineering practices with a practical, value‑driven approach.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related technical field;
• Strong technical background in TypeScript, React, and Golang, with the ability to engage confidently with engineering teams and contribute to technical discussions;
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native environments, APIs, microservices, containerized solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices;
• Good understanding of API Gateway concepts, integration patterns, and secure application development principles;
• Solid experience supporting application development across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and go-live;
• Pragmatic and hands-on mindset, focused on delivering practical and effective solutions rather than overly complex architectures;
• Experience working closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, and other stakeholders in agile environments;
• Proven project experience with the ability to anticipate challenges, make informed technical decisions, and effectively support delivery teams;
• Ability to act as a knowledge carrier and mentor, supporting technical continuity and the onboarding of future team members;
• Senior-level engineering experience with a strong understanding of modern software development practices and digital product delivery;
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills;
• Professional proficiency in English.
