Zendesk seeks a Senior SEO Specialist to drive international organic search across Germany, the UK, ANZ, and Tier 2 markets. You will lead German-language optimization, surface opportunities, and implement AI-powered discovery and automation.

Collaborate with Content, Localization, Web, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Paid Media to shape visibility and pipelines. The role requires 5+ years in SEO, fluency in German and English, and hands-on experience with both content and technical SEO, AEO,

Qualificações

5+ years of hands-on SEO experience in SaaS or enterprise environments.
Professional fluency in German and English with German-language evaluation capabilities.
Experience executing both content and technical SEO (crawling, indexing, rendering, internal linking, structured data, JavaScript).
Hands-on experience with AEO and AI-powered discovery, including visibility, retrieval, and recommendations.
Experience managing SEO across multiple countries, languages, or regional markets.
Experience applying AI-powered automations or agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs, or scripting.

Responsabilidades

Execute and contribute to SEO and AEO strategy across Germany, the UK, ANZ, and Tier 2 markets with measurement of visibility and pipeline influence.
Lead German-language organic work, including keyword/intent analysis and content opportunities.
Surface content opportunities and coordinate with Content, Localization, Regional Marketing, and Product Marketing.
Plan and run SEO/AEO experiments, document learnings, and scale successful approaches.
Analyze performance with GA4, Search Console, and other tools; translate data into priorities and actions; collaborate across functions.
