Job summary

act digital is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team working on large-scale enterprise platforms. This hands-on leader will influence architecture while remaining actively involved in software development.

You will design scalable back-end services and modern front-ends, mentor peers, and drive best practices in CI/CD, testing, and AI-assisted development to boost productivity and software quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and ability to drive technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, production-ready software solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture decisions across distributed systems.
• Develop and maintain high-quality back-end services and front-end applications.
• Mentor and support other engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive engineering excellence by reducing technical debt and improving software quality.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Promote best engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, and CD.
• Contribute to AI-assisted development and integrate AI capabilities where appropriate.
