Job summary

MWDN is seeking a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help stabilize, develop, and scale its healthcare platform. You will own features end-to-end from UI to cloud, focusing on patient care-management workflows and reliable backend services.

You should have 5+ years of production software-engineering experience, strong Node.js/TypeScript or Python skills, and hands-on AWS and Docker experience. This role offers collaboration with international clients and a growth-oriented

Qualifications

5+ years of production software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js/TypeScript and Python.
Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, and PostgreSQL.
Experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and production support.
Familiarity with HIPAA security and access control is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain patient-facing and care-management apps using React/TypeScript.
Develop backend services, APIs, and PostgreSQL applications.
Integrate payers, HIEs, and healthcare partners via REST, FHIR R4, HL7.
Ensure data validation, patient matching and PHI protection.
Operate AWS services (ECS/Fargate, Aurora PostgreSQL, S3, SQS).
Strengthen CI/CD, testing, monitoring, deployment, and recovery.
