Riskified in Lisbon is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join the Applications group. You\'ll own features from planning with Product and Design through deployment, delivering quality frontend and backend work using React, Node.js, and modern cloud tools.

You\'ll work in an Agile environment, contribute to fraud management products, collaborate across teams, and enjoy a generous benefits program and a transparent base salary range for Lisbon of €50,000–€75,000 gross annually.

Qualificações

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in client-side coding with React.
• 3+ years of proven server-side experience with NodeJS.
• Familiar with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Cloud environments.

About the Role

Our team develops generic solutions for frontend and backend with high quality as infrastructure libs or services, hence we increase the velocity and quality for product-oriented teams.

We believe that developers should take full ownership of their work: from the initial feature planning phase alongside Product and Design; choosing the right technologies, designing the code and architecture; coding; PRing; and all the way to actual deployment in CI/CD environment, as well as post-deployment monitoring. It is all your responsibility.

Whether you enjoy writing complex business logic in the backend, crafting the UI to look and feel exactly the way you want it to, or tweaking the servers and infrastructure to perform well at scale, we encourage you to get your hands dirty end-to-end. It's up to you how much you get your Stack Full.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Riskified's Applications group, you'll become a valuable member of an innovative and fast-growing department. You'll work in a truly Agile environment utilizing cutting-edge technologies.

You will build products supporting our fraud management products, which will help our clients and internal departments expand Riskified's ecosystem and make an impact on our business on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in client-side coding - React is a must
• 3+ years of proven experience in hands-on server-side - NodeJS is a must
• Familiar with microservices architecture, k8s, Cloud (Any)
• An autodidact approach to software development
• Passion for writing clean, SOLID, and robust code
• A team player with strong communication skills, but also capable of working independently

We include transparent salary ranges to support fairness, clarity, and informed decision-making early in the process. The base salary range for this position is €50,000 - €75,000 gross annually for candidates based in Lisbon. Your actual salary will be determined based on your unique skills, experience, and competencies. If your expectations differ, please let us know - we're always open to a conversation.

The base salary is one part of the total compensation package at Riskified. All full-time regular employees receive a bonus target and are eligible to receive stock-based awards.
