Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to design and deliver modern, high-performance user interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, using Vue.js to develop responsive applications and contributing to frontend best practices in an Agile setting.

Your Role

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering modern, scalable, and high‑performance user interfaces. You will play a key role in building responsive web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience, and contributing to frontend architecture decisions in a collaborative Agile environment.

• Developing and maintaining frontend applications using Vue.js
• Writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code using TypeScript and JavaScript
• Collaborating closely with backend, UX/UI, and product teams
• Participating in code reviews, testing, debugging, and optimization
• Contributing to frontend architecture and best practices
• Supporting continuous integration and deployment processes
• Staying up to date with frontend technologies and industry trends

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong experience in frontend development with Vue.js
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience building responsive and performant web applications
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and tools
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency in English is mandatory

Nice to Have

• Experience with React or Angular
• Knowledge of component‑based architecture and state management
• Understanding of performance optimization and best UI practices
