Intermedia Intelligent Communications is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer in Portugal to join our Dev & Engineering team. This full-time role blends technical leadership with hands-on development in a primarily remote environment, with occasional visits to Coimbra or Aveiro.

You will drive frontend architecture, build reusable components, collaborate with Product, UX, ML, and backend teams, and ensure performance, accessibility, and security across our digital experiences.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, browser technologies, and modern web application architecture.
• Experience designing reusable frontend components, libraries, or application frameworks.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs, asynchronous services, and distributed backend systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications and frontend capabilities.
• Develop reusable web components and frontend capabilities for embedding across products and customer websites.
• Build responsive experiences for real-time streaming interactions and dynamic states.
• Collaborate with Product and UX to translate customer needs into intuitive product experiences.
• Lead frontend architecture discussions and establish reusable patterns across web channels.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code/design reviews to maintain high standards.
