Malwarebytes is seeking a Senior Frontend Web Application Developer to join our ThreatDown consumer engineering team. You will deliver high-performance web applications and contribute to an elegant UI built with modern frontend tooling.

You will collaborate with designers and product teams, own components and design system work, and mentor teammates to ensure top-quality code and user experiences across our platform.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional frontend web development experience.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS and modern CSS frameworks.
• Strong experience with Figma and translating designs to code.
• Ability to prototype and build UI components from design systems or minimal direction.
• Experience building component libraries and design systems.
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, React Context).
• Proficiency with modern frontend build tools and testing frameworks.
• Experience integrating frontend with RESTful APIs and Git workflows.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility and best practices.
• Ability to own a project from concept to production and work autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain highly responsive, accessible frontend applications serving millions of users.
• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect code.
• Proactively create UI components and design implementations when resources are limited.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library for consistency.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.
• Ensure code quality with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and QA to deliver an ambitious roadmap on time and with high quality.
• Optimize performance including load times and rendering efficiency.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and advocate for adoption.
