Qualificações

• 3-5+ years of professional frontend web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS and modern CSS frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and translating designs into UI/UX.
• Ability to prototype and build UI components independently.
• Experience building and maintaining component libraries and design systems.
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, React Context, or similar).
• Proficiency with modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite).
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, RTL, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
• Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain highly responsive, accessible, and performant frontend web applications that serve millions of users.
• Collaborate closely with designers through Figma to translate designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready code.
• Proactively create UI components, prototypes, and design implementations when dedicated design resources are unavailable.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library to ensure consistency across applications.
• Participate in our agile/scrum process, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing (unit, integration, E2E).
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and QA to deliver an ambitious roadmap on time and high quality.
• Optimize application performance, including load times, rendering, and user experience.
• Mentor junior developers, communicate clearly, and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.
• Work as a team to ensure everyone meets their goals.
