Job summary

Olisipo is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join a long-term project in the financial sector in Lisbon. You will contribute to the development of web and mobile interfaces, delivering responsive and accessible experiences.

Requirements include 5+ years in frontend, strong Angular/React knowledge, and experience with Agile/Scrum. Fluency in Portuguese and English is expected, with hybrid work (1 day in office) in Lisbon.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years of frontend development experience.
Strong knowledge of Angular and React.
Experience with AI tools in day-to-day software development.
Experience developing and implementing user interfaces for web/mobile apps.
Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design.
Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less, Stylus).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Leading or mentoring small teams is advantageous.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (B2 or C1).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create responsive and adaptive solutions across devices.
Develop and maintain frontend components ensuring functionality, quality and performance.
Apply best practice development methods and contribute to frontend architecture evolution.
Integrate AI tools into daily development workflow.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams following Agile/Scrum.
Provide technical guidance to team members when needed.
