Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a Senior Frontend Engineer – Acquisition in Portugal to shape digital experiences in brokerage and trading technology. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications, focusing on performance, accessibility, and visual quality.

You will influence frontend architecture, mentor peers, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end features across dashboards, cash features, and account solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React.
• 3+ years of experience developing mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Experience with REST APIs and WebSockets.
• Relational databases and SQL knowledge.
• Ability to translate designs into production-ready interfaces with attention to detail.
• Experience establishing frontend standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web and mobile apps with high usability.
• Contribute to Trading API dashboards and cash features.
• Own end-to-end features from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering for polished interfaces.
• Develop mobile experiences for iOS and Android.
• Integrate REST APIs and WebSockets for real-time data.
• Improve performance, accessibility, and visual quality.
• Lead frontend best practices and architectural direction.
