Qualifications

• Experience with React and front-end architectures.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Commitment to accessibility and responsive design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product designers, PMs and engineers to deliver great experiences using React and related frameworks.
• Prototype and iterate across devices and browsers while upholding accessibility standards.
• Improve reliability and safety of CI/CD and test automation in GitLab.
• Promote psychological safety, inclusivity, collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
• Mentor other engineers, manage debt, plan refactors and elevate engineering practices.
