Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Senior Flutter developer to lead mobile features across the full lifecycle, from development to production, for large apps. You will own architecture decisions, CI/CD pipelines, and reliability initiatives while collaborating with an international team of engineers.

We offer a fully remote setup across Europe, stock options, tax allowances, generous leave, and relocation support to hubs in Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, and Spain. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dart and Flutter in production apps.
• Ability to design app features and architecture decisions.
• Knowledge of security/privacy in mobile apps.
• Experience building reusable UI components and custom animations.
• Ability to build a fault-tolerant app driven by metrics and logs.
• English at least upper-intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Mobile CI/CD infrastructure and release management for App Store and Google Play.
• Build and support internal SDKs, reusable components, and tooling to improve efficiency.
• Define mobile architecture standards, dev principles and guidelines across teams.
• Maintain monitoring, alerting, and reliability systems for performance and stability.
• Drive R&D initiatives and improve engineering practices to reduce complexity for product teams.
