EY in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Financial Services Risk Management team, focusing on AML and financial crime. Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in financial services, consulting, risk management, or compliance with AML exposure.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations, supervisory expectations and industry best practices.
• University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law; CAMS is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support AML and financial crime engagements for financial services clients (banking, payments, investment firms, insurance).
• Perform AML/CFT risk assessments, regulatory reviews, gap analyses and compliance monitoring activities.
• Assist investigations related to suspected money laundering, fraud, sanctions breaches and other financial crime matters.
• Analyze financial data, transactions and control frameworks to identify risks and weaknesses.
• Help design and enhance AML, sanctions and financial crime frameworks, policies and operating models.
• Contribute to engagement planning, execution and timely client delivery.
• Prepare clear reports, presentations and client deliverables.
• Build relationships with clients and serve as day-to-day contact on engagements.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments in AML and financial crime.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to their development.
