Ferring Holding SA in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a temporary role. You will report to the Head of Finance and Controlling, enabling functions and work with global stakeholders to manage cost centers and monthly close processes.

The role requires 6–8 years of multinational Controlling/FP&A experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Power BI, SAP, and Anaplan. English fluency is essential for matrix collaboration.

• 6–8 years of experience in Controlling or Financial Planning & Analysis in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
• Experience with Power BI, data cubes and SAP.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
• English proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare month-end close and ensure Opex and FTE are properly recognized each month.
• Provide cost center administration support to leadership and global Controlling.
• Review and report cost center actuals; follow up on purchase orders.
• Run monthly control, analyze results, and prepare monthly performance reports for leadership.
• Support Opex recognition training and budgeting processes; collect data across countries.
• Submit forecasts and budgets in Anaplan and identify efficiencies.

You will be working with dedicated Finance teams and relevant stakeholders to anticipate, identify and support business objectives by analyzing, planning and executing the management control system. In addition, you will be responsible for the delivery of standard reports and ensuring their availability to relevant partners to support the business decision making. In this role you will get involved and take ownership in important and impactful projects. It’s expected that you monitor, identify potential gaps, risks and opportunities related with the financial aspects. **Your day at Ferring*** Prepare month-end close financial exercise by ensuring Opex and and Full Time Equivalents.are properly recognized each month. Follow-up and communicate requirements to relevant stakeholders.* Provide cost center administration support to the leadership team and to the global controlling team. Review and report cost center actuals Follow-up purchase orders with requestors.* Execute the monthly control, being able to monitor results, do analysis, gather and review month-end financial comments to produce the monthly performance reports to be presented to the leadership team, both for Opex and Full Time Equivalents.* Provide support and training on all financial topics related to Opex recognition.* Participate in the coordination of the budgeting process, collect and gather data, working with different countries/stakeholders. Submit Forecast and budget in Anaplan.* Provide mitigation/corrective measures to look for efficiencies and performance improvement.* Strict implementation and adherence to internal guidelines, instructions, processes and systems. **Behind our purpose...
