The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering and 5-10 years of experience in the field, along with strong leadership and project management skills.

Qualificações

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and operation of facilities by identifying and resolving issues, conducting inspections, and ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, codes, and standards including environmental, health, and safety regulations to minimize risk and liability.
• Coordinate construction and reconstruction projects.
• Optimize construction processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Supervise the quality of execution, ensuring high standards.
• Develop strategies to address challenges in civil engineering or architecture.
• Efficiently manage project timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in the field.
• Actively participate in problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
• Supervising and execution of facilities engineering projects.
• Assessment and continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintenance and optimization of existing facility systems.
• Analysis and implementation of measures to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in facilities engineering or a related field
• Fluent English is mandatory; a good level of French is preferred

Technical Skills

• Engineering Expertise: Strong knowledge of engineering principles related to facility design, operations, and maintenance
• Project Management: Manage projects from conception through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
• Building Systems Knowledge: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety systems, and other facility-related systems
• Sustainability Practices: Knowledge of energy efficiency measures in facility operations

Soft Skills

• Leadership: ability to lead and mentor a team, manage cross-functional teams, and communicate with stakeholders
