Bar Ogilvy is looking for a Senior Experience Manager to join our Digital Production team. What you'll be doing:

Your mission will be to coordinate and plan initiatives that elevate the customer experience to a new level. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the internal planning of initiatives related to CRM, personalization, automation, and customer experience optimization.
  • Developing and implementing loyalty and engagement strategies (including A/B testing and segmentation).
  • Managing personalization and automation actions across various channels.
  • Ensuring the effective execution of projects, aligning strategic objectives with operational delivery.
What you'll need:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in customer experience management, CRM, or Digital Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Digital Media or related field.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) and marketing automation.
  • Strong command of data analysis, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Expertise in customer journey mapping and UX.
  • Leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
