IQVIA LLC is seeking an Events Associate Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of exhibition booths for industry tradeshows. The role also supports corporate marketing and internal events across EMEA and occasionally the Americas.

You will work with the Global Events team to ensure high-quality, timely event delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and efficient process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in event management and participation in industry tradeshows.
• Strong written and verbal English communication across regions.
• Understanding of marketing principles and how events support objectives.
• Proven project management ability with multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Independently plan and deliver small-scale events and support larger projects.
• Coordinate venue proposals, logistics, AV, catering, signage and merchandise.
• Manage timelines, budgets, suppliers, and payments.
• Oversee on-site execution at events and tradeshows.
• Collaborate with exhibit houses and global events colleagues to maintain standards.
