IQVIA is seeking an accomplished Drug Development Program Leader to drive the delivery of complex development programs for biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients. Qualificações

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
• 15–20+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech drug development with senior leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex drug development portfolios across multiple therapeutic areas.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee delivery of complex drug development programs and portfolios, ensuring alignment of scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic leadership to integrated cross-functional drug development teams spanning clinical development, translational medicine, biometrics, medical affairs, regulatory affairs and other key functions.
• Evaluate and develop integrated drug development strategies for products, including TPPs, CDPs, indication prioritization, asset lifecycle planning, and portfolio decision-making.
• Lead program governance activities including executive steering committees, portfolio reviews, risk management, milestone planning, and strategic decision-making forums.
• Support development of compounds to maximize scientific, technical, operational, and commercial success across the lifecycle.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet standards of scientific integrity and customer expectations.
• Provide drug development expertise to support clients' strategic business activities and investment decisions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing organization through recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Establish and maintain program leadership frameworks, governance models, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
