Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer to join our technology hub in Lisbon. This role blends hands-on development with technical leadership in large-scale digital transformation projects for an energy sector client.

You will work in an agile environment with Product Owners and Solution Architects, designing solutions, integrating with REST APIs, and leveraging Power Platform to deliver enterprise applications. Excellent English and collaboration are essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, and/or Power Platform development.
• Experience customizing Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.
• Experience with Power Platform including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
• Knowledge of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
• Experience in solution design, requirements analysis, and software development best practices.
• Understanding of security principles, design patterns, and scalable application architecture.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative and solution-focused approach.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects and Developers in an agile environment.
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Customize Dynamics 365: entities, forms, workflows and business rules.
• Build and optimize integrations via REST APIs, Azure Functions and Service Bus.
• Leverage Power Platform to deliver business applications and automation solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to support deployments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and improve solution performance using Azure tools.
• Refactor and enhance existing applications for maintainability and modern standards.
