Job summary

Ignite Innovation in Lisbon is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to advance CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, and security automation in a hybrid work model (2 remote days weekly). You will support secure, scalable deployments and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve platform reliability.

The role emphasizes automation with Jenkins, GitLabCI, ArgoCD, Docker, and Ansible, plus vulnerability scanning and compliance with GDPR, OWASP, and ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevSecOps or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and container orchestration.
• Experience with security automation and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with GDPR, OWASP, ISO 27001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support and troubleshooting for CI/CD solutions and Kubernetes platforms.
• Collaborate to implement and automate pipelines with Jenkins and Ansible templates.
• Manage platform operations, incidents, and KPIs to optimize performance.
• Investigate issues, automate improvements, and enhance platform security.
• Stay current with security best practices and integrate vulnerability scanning tools.
• Contribute to incident management with detailed technical reporting.
• Support Kubernetes clusters and containerized apps with robust security.
• Engage cross-functional teams to align on best practices and compliance.
