Miratech is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own production Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps-based deployment workflows in a global cloud-native environment. You will collaborate across infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable platforms.

The role emphasizes building scalable Kubernetes workloads, implementing Helm/Kustomize patterns, and driving IaC with Terraform in a distributed production setting.

Qualificações

• Advanced Kubernetes knowledge with deployments, ingress, RBAC and storage.
• Strong GitOps experience using Flux or Argo CD.
• Extensive CI/CD experience with modern platforms.
• Experience with Helm and Kustomize tooling.
• Strong Linux, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with AWS services (EKS, IAM, VPC, Route 53, S3, RDS).
• Infra as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
• Strong scripting in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production at scale. This role is ideal for someone who has owned real-world Kubernetes platforms, understands the operational complexity of running distributed systems in production, and has strong experience with GitOps-based deployment workflows.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for building, improving, and supporting cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, observability systems, and production reliability practices. This person should be comfortable working across infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable and repeatable deployment platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and improve production-grade Kubernetes platforms.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes workloads, manifests, Helm charts, Kustomize overlays, and deployment patterns.
• Implement and support GitOps workflows using Flux, Argo CD, or similar tools.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable, and secure application delivery.
• Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues across Kubernetes, networking, compute, storage, and application layers.
• Build automation for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Support cloud infrastructure operations across AWS, GCP, Windows, or hybrid environments.
• Manage Kubernetes networking, ingress, service mesh, DNS, TLS, secrets, and workload identity patterns.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code standards using Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with security teams to improve container, cluster, secrets, and supply-chain security.
• Mentor engineers on Kubernetes, DevOps, GitOps, and production operations best practices.

Qualifications

• Advanced Kubernetes knowledge, including deployments, services, ingress, config maps, secrets, RBAC, network policies, probes, HPA, and storage.
• Strong GitOps experience, with Flux or Argo CD.
• Strong CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Helm and/or Kustomize.
• Strong Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, including EKS, IAM, VPC, Route 53, ALB/NLB, S3, RDS, or CloudWatch.
• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform or similar tools
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, New Relic, Better Stack, or similar.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues across application, infrastructure, and networking layers.
• Strong written communication skills, especially for runbooks, architecture notes, and operational documentation.
