Accenture Portugal is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to maintain and improve the CI/CD platform and infrastructure-as-code across a mature multi-account AWS environment. You will work closely with development squads to deliver fast, reliable, and secure enhancements in production.

The role focuses on cost optimization, reliability, security, and an AI-First transformation, integrating AI agents into the DevOps lifecycle and implementing governance, runbooks, and post-mortems across projects.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in DevOps/Platform Engineering roles.
• Experience with multi-environment deployments and release management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with Git workflows and branching strategies.
• Understanding of compliance and data sovereignty (EU).
• Interest in AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Strong communication and independent SME work.
• Active participation in problem-solving and team discussions.
• Continuous improvement mindset with track record of reducing waste.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliability and speed.
• Improve IaC across multiple AWS accounts.
• Optimize serverless infra for performance and cost.
• Improve observability with CloudWatch and OpenSearch.
• Strengthen security posture including IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager.
• Maintain data stores: RDS, Redis, DynamoDB.
• Review disaster recovery strategies and backups.
• Collaborate with development teams on deployment strategies.
• Drive runbooks and incident response processes.
• Contribute to AI-First transformation in the DevOps lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior team members on cloud infra and DevOps.
