The Catalyst Group in Portugal, Lisboa region, seeks a Senior Associate – Software Development to lead design, build and support enterprise‑grade, cloud‑native solutions on the Microsoft stack.

You will work across application development, cloud services, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities, applying solid architecture and modern cloud practices while collaborating with product and delivery teams.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of software development or platform engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies and Azure.
• Hands-on experience across application development, cloud services, and integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT or related field.
• Ability to design, secure and scalable enterprise-grade systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Implement secure configuration, monitoring, and logging.
• Design Azure-based services and RESTful APIs.
• Develop AI-enabled features using Microsoft AI services and OpenAI-based APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
