The role demands experience with microservices, containerization, and Kubernetes, plus strong cloud and network knowledge. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in DevOps, fluency in English, and hands-on skills with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Flux, Git, and modern observability tools.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps engineer to join our infrastructure team. You will challenge yourself in the fast‑paced world of cloud infrastructure and play a key role in SAP’s strategy to move to the cloud.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain a monitoring system that oversees our build landscape.
• Identify and address security and performance issues to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Design, implement, and manage DevOps capabilities using CI/CD toolsets and automation.
• Analyze existing infrastructure and provide expertise on containerization and migration to Kubernetes (K8s).
• Ensure system design reduces exposure to single points of failure and security vulnerabilities.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience preparing, deploying, and maintaining solutions using microservice architecture.
• A cloud mindset with an affinity for automation (Go, Bash, Shell, or Python).
• Knowledge of continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
• Experience in datacenter, cloud, and network environments.
• Troubleshooting and support experience in system monitoring.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Tech you bring

• Public Cloud Services: Managed Kubernetes clusters, Managed Database clusters.
