Deco Proteste is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to drive data-driven decisions using Databricks and Power BI. You will design pipelines, transform large datasets, and build semantic models to enable insights across the business.

You will collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders, ensure data quality, governance, and documentation, and translate business needs into actionable analytics. Proficiency in SQL, Python or Spark, and strong communication in English are essential.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of data analytics experience.
• Proficient in SQL; Databricks experience required.
• Strong communication and English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines in Databricks (Spark/SQL/Python)
• Transform and prepare large datasets for analytics and reporting
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Create Semantic models
• Optimize data models and ensure high performance
• Translate business requirements into data insights
