team.blue is seeking a Senior Applied Data Scientist to integrate AI, product thinking, and innovation. You will develop DS and ML algorithms to solve real-world SMB challenges across Europe, driving ROI through robust data pipelines and scalable models.

You will own end-to-end ML lifecycle, apply GenAI techniques, and translate insights for stakeholders while collaborating with diverse teams and staying current with DS/AI developments.

Qualificações

• 8+ years hands-on industry experience solving data science and machine learning problems across multiple domains.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with DS/ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, Pandas, PyTorch).
• Ability to reason from first principles and work independently on open-ended problems.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and ML algorithms from classic to deep learning and LLMs.
• Experience delivering ML projects to production and maintaining end-to-end pipelines.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data wrangling and problem framing for ROI-focused outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Break down multi-domain business problems with ROI focus and plan methods from POC to production.
• Develop data science and ML solutions, including GenAI approaches.
• Own end-to-end ML projects: feature gen, modeling, evaluation, retraining and deployment.
• Translate model outcomes into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver DS/ML/AI solutions.
• Research latest DS/ML/AI developments and apply to improve systems.
• Document processes, code, and findings for future reference.
