Jobgether is seeking a Senior Data Engineer based in Portugal for a remote-first role. You will design and evolve a scalable analytics platform, building robust data pipelines with a Zero-ETL approach while ensuring data quality and availability.

You will work with Data Analysts and stakeholders to deliver trusted datasets powering reporting and analytics, while contributing to engineering standards, automation, monitoring, and platform architecture in an ownership-driven environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering or a related field.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Hands-on AWS data service experience, especially Redshift and RDS.
• Proven Airflow workflow development and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience designing scalable data warehouse architectures and data models.
• Ability to independently diagnose production issues and implement fixes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, maintain, and improve scalable Zero-ETL data pipelines for analytics.
• Build and optimize data models and analytical workloads in Amazon Redshift.
• Develop and manage Apache Airflow workflows for reliable data processing.
• Integrate data from multiple sources while ensuring consistency and availability.
• Maintain high standards for data quality, accuracy, and platform availability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data platform issues with root-cause analysis.
