Siemens Portugal Tech Hub is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with a frontend focus to shape our data analytics landscape. You will design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge data solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Query within an agile environment.

You will collaborate with Data Architects and SI Data Cloud teams to ensure scalable data foundations, high data quality, and end-to-end analytics readiness, contributing to a robust and user-centric data ecosystem.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to independently design, develop, configure, and customize complex solutions using Power BI (reports, dashboards, datasets), Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Query.
• Deep expertise in structuring and optimizing data models, integrating diverse data sources (including Snowflake), and leveraging Microsoft Fabric to build a robust data foundation.
• Mastery of DAX for complex calculations and advanced data modeling within Power BI, plus expert SQL for data integration, querying, and performance optimization.
• Experience in Snowflake design, implementation, and optimization; dbt proficiency is a plus.

• Integrated Solution Architecture & Implementation: Design, develop, configure, and customize complex solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Query.
• Data Fabric Integration & Modeling: Integrate diverse data sources and craft efficient data models, leveraging Snowflake and Fabric.
• Performance, Scalability & User Experience: Build user-centric, scalable analytics solutions with strong UX considerations.
• ELT/ETL Processes: Lead scalable ELT/ETL design and implementation for analytics readiness.
