GRiT Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Engineer in Portugal to lead data integration and warehousing initiatives. You will design end-to-end architectures, consolidate multi-source data, and guide data teams across platforms like SQL Server, SSIS, Python, and Power BI.
The role emphasizes hands-on development, data modeling, and architectural leadership in a fast-paced tech environment at GRiT Solutions.
Qualificações
- 6–8 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong experience with SQL Server on-premises and advanced T-SQL.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Knowledge of Python applied to Data Engineering.
- Strong experience with dimensional modelling, particularly Kimball methodology and star schemas.
- Proven experience building and evolving Data Warehouses.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric.
- Proven experience in data architecture, including end-to-end Data Warehouse solution design, layer definition, and integration patterns.
- Experience in multi-source / multi-ERP data consolidation projects.
- Proven experience providing technical leadership to data teams.
- Fluent Portuguese.
- Working proficiency in English.
