Job summary

Yazaki Europe Middle East and Africa is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst in Ovar, Portugal, open to candidates nearby. The role spans strategy, design, and operations of enterprise cyber defense programs with emphasis on threat intelligence, TVM, IAM, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/CS/Cyber Security or related field.
• Advanced security certifications preferred but not required.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Proficiency with SIEM and endpoint protection tooling.

Responsibilities

• Audit enterprise endpoint and server patching to optimize efficacy.
• Monitor threat intelligence and perform hunting for targeted risks.
• Lead complex security incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Research trends and develop remediation strategy with analytics.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams.
• Assist with security awareness and phishing analytics initiatives.
• Evaluate security operations procedures and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate testing of incident response playbooks and tooling.
• Review vulnerability assessments and deliver remediation roadmaps.
