Caixa Mágica Software is seeking a Senior Security Architect to lead security strategy for critical banking platforms. You will work directly with the CISO office and senior leaders to design cloud-native security controls, risk assessments, and blueprints that embed security from the ground up.

The ideal candidate has CISSP and 8+ years in cyber security, with experience in large-scale financial services and strong communication to translate complex requirements for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive cyber security experience with ≥4 years in security architecture or advisory roles.
• CISSP mandatory; additional certificates (CISA, CCSP, AWS/Azure/GCP Security) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27000 family and NIST CSF familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, assess, and prioritize cyber risk across IT projects and production environments.
• Design end-to-end security architectures (network, data, cloud) with embedded controls.
• Advise IT delivery teams and stakeholders, translating security requirements clearly.
• Review risk assessments, threat models, and architecture diagrams; provide remediation roadmaps.
• Lead cloud security initiatives across multi-cloud, IaC, containers, and serverless.
• Champion continuous security improvement using AI/ML tools for threat intel and reviews.
• Conduct security workshops and contribute to the internal security knowledge base.
