Lever, Inc. seeks a Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst to lead the intelligence function focused on cryptocurrency hacks and security incidents from detection through reporting.

You will own end-to-end response, work with data science and engineering to improve tracing, and coordinate a contractor team across time zones while supporting rapid customer communications during critical incidents.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in blockchain intelligence, crypto investigations, cyber threat intel, incident response, or related field.
• Experience owning high-stakes incident response, including war rooms and leadership.
• Strong tracing across Bitcoin, EVM chains, Solana, bridges and cross-chain activity.
• Understanding of DeFi exploits and attacker behavior after theft of funds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead response to major hacks, coordinating triage, investigations, stakeholders, and post-incident reporting.
• Ensure hacks are identified and communicated to customers within hours of public reporting.
• Maintain complete hack intelligence: entities, addresses, dates, amounts, attack types.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to trace stolen funds across blockchains.
• Develop AI-assisted tools and workflows for hack analysis with human oversight.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of exploits and publish technical research.
• Identify vulnerable contracts and threats and contribute insights to products.
• Manage contractors and coordinate rhythms across teams and time zones.
• Collaborate with teams across cyber threat intelligence, investigations, data science, engineering, and communications.
