Senior CRO Lead for Shopify DTC Growth - Remote

Zusammenfassung

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC sites and post-purchase funnels. You will set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, and ship winners.

We run $2M+ monthly on Meta and expect 3–4+ years CRO experience with Intelligems, paid acquisition funnels, and data-backed results. This is a fully remote, full-time role reporting to the Head of Growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4+ years CRO experience running programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on Intelligems experience and proven test results.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Ability to present data-backed results showing improvements in CVR, AOV, or RPV.

Aufgaben

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and ship tests weekly with developers and designers.
• Manage CRO agency and coordinate with Head of Growth on make-vs-buy decisions.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and chair the CRO & Funnels meeting.
