VML, a WPP agency, is seeking a talented Designer to join our team in Lisbon. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and motion projects, partnering with the creative team to develop concepts and execute designs that meet client needs.

The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in digital and motion design, stays current with trends and social media language, and communicates effectively in English.

We are looking for a talented Designer to join our team. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and motion projects. You will work closely with the creative team to develop concepts and execute designs that meet the needs of our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and motion projects.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all designs meet project requirements.

• Create designs that are visually appealing and effective in communicating the desired message.

Who You Are:

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Designer, with a focus on digital and motion design.

• You are a problem solver who can think creatively to find solutions to design challenges.

• You are a team player who is able to collaborate effectively with others.

• You are up to date with trends and the language used on Social Media.

• You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English.

What You'll Need:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

• Knowledge of Figma.

• Experience with motion graphics (is a plus).

• A passion for design and a desire to create exceptional work.
