Axians Portugal is seeking a Conversational Agent AI Platform Engineer to support the development, administration, and evolution of AI-powered services in a cloud-native, secure environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams, including Tech Leads, Product Owner and Analysts, to onboard new use cases, enhance platform capabilities, and ensure scalability and stability of conversational applications. Fluency in English is required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of development experience.
• Strongly skilled in Python and APIs.
• Experience with data & AI pipelines (Airflow).
• Experience with API Management (APIGEE).
• Awareness of security, DevSecOps and private cloud trends.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to run and change activities related to CAP platform usage.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Tribe Tech Lead, Product Owner and analysts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint rituals.
• Apply expertise in APIs, RAG, Airflow, and data prep (Elasticsearch).
• Onboard new use cases including countries and UC follow ups, provide technical support and environment creation.
• Draft playbooks to accelerate onboarding and deployment of new UC.
• Monitor and troubleshoot bot performance and incidents.
• Collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, AIOps, Data, QA and Security teams.
• Integrate new AI tools and technologies.
