Cushman & Wakefield in Lisbon seeks a Senior Consultant for Valuation & Advisory to lead real estate valuation projects across Retail, Hospitality, Offices, and more. You will coordinate analyses, conduct site inspections, and prepare market and investment reports to support strategic decisions.

You will work with a team delivering compliant, high-quality insights, leveraging Excel and data tools, and collaborating across service lines to enhance integrated advisory solutions.

Qualificações

• Degree or Master’s in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Valuation and Advisory.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with AI or data analytics tools is a plus.

• Ensure full compliance with RICS, CMVM, and internal valuation standards.

• Present valuation results, methodologies, and key value drivers to clients and stakeholders.

• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

• Support market research and contribute to the development of internal data and intelligence systems.

• Collaborate with other business lines to strengthen integrated advisory solutions.

Who You Are

• Degree or Master’s in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Science, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Valuation and Advisory.

• Strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market and valuation methodologies.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with AI or data analytics tools is a plus.

• Experience in Forestry & Agribusiness or equipment valuation is highly valued.
