GlobalProcure in Lisbon is seeking a Concrete Worker Supervisor to oversee daily operations of concrete construction projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. You will supervise a team, schedule tasks, read project plans, and liaise with project managers and clients.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of concrete experience, formal supervision experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional construction training is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience as a concrete worker or in a related field.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in different weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and lead a team of concrete workers.
• Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members.
• Ensure that work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
• Monitor progress and provide guidance to workers when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Order materials and equipment as needed for projects.
• Train new workers on proper techniques and safety procedures.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders as needed.
