Team IT in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Solution Architecture Lead to build and mentor a high-performing team of Solution Architects across engineering domains. You will define and drive the architecture vision and roadmap, ensuring end-to-end consistency with Enterprise Architecture objectives.

You will guide teams in designing cloud-native, scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems on AWS/Azure, manage technical debt, and promote resilience, security, and governance.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading architecture teams and technical chapters.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Solution Architects across multiple domains.
• Define and drive the Solution Architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Ensure end-to-end architectural consistency across capabilities, products, and platforms.
• Guide teams in designing scalable, cloud-native distributed systems.
• Establish architectural standards focused on resilience, availability, disaster recovery, and risk management.
• Manage technical debt and promote sustainable architectural practices.
