Job summary

Sysmatch is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, develop and maintain cloud architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in a hybrid Porto setup. You will lead the implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available solutions and drive IaC with Terraform, while mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years on GCP, mandatory GCP Architect certification, strong networking knowledge, and experience with Terraform, Kubernetes (GKE), and

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and cloud security.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain cloud architectures on GCP.
Lead the implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available solutions.
Manage and optimize cloud network architectures.
Develop IaC using Terraform and manage CI/CD with GitHub.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership.
