Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc is seeking a Senior Calypso Support Analyst to provide day-to-day production support for the Calypso trading and risk platform. You will coordinate with front, middle, and back office teams to ensure system stability and timely issue resolution across asset classes.

The role requires hands-on Calypso knowledge, incident management experience, and strong stakeholder communication. Relocation or business travel flexibility is welcomed within a global delivery model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Calypso Support Analyst.
• Hands-on Calypso application knowledge.
• Experience with incident and problem management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to relocate or travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for the Calypso platform across trading, risk, settlements, and accounting.
• Monitor batch jobs and system health using Calypso Scheduler.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Support trade capture, confirmations, settlements, P&L, and reporting workflows.
• Assist with deployments, environment refreshes, and access management.
