KWAN is seeking a seasoned Calypso Front Office specialist to join a banking project in Lisbon. You will configure and support Calypso Front Office for financial markets operations and ensure regulatory deliverables are met.

You will analyse business requirements, translate them into functional solutions and validate workflows across the trade lifecycle, coordinating with traders, Treasury and Finance teams to resolve issues. Hybrid work.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional experience in banking or financial markets.
• Strong hands-on experience with Calypso Front Office, including configuration and support.
• Solid knowledge of financial products and trade lifecycle processes.
• Experience coordinating with traders, Treasury or Finance teams to resolve issues.

Join a banking project focused on supporting Finance and Treasury teams with front office solutions and regulatory commitments. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to configure Calypso, validate financial product workflows and ensure that deliverables meet functional and quality requirements.

What you will do

• Configure and support Calypso Front Office for financial markets operations.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Validate financial product workflows and investigate issues across the trade lifecycle.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, testing and production issues.
• Help ensure deliverables are consistent, reliable and completed within regulatory deadlines.

What we are looking for

• 7+ years of professional experience, including substantial work in banking or financial markets environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Calypso Front Office, including configuration, functional analysis and support.
• Solid knowledge of financial products and trade lifecycle processes, from trade capture through subsequent validation and processing.
• Experience working closely with traders, Treasury or Finance teams to understand requirements and resolve functional issues.
• Ability to investigate problems, assess their business impact and coordinate solutions with technical teams.
• Experience validating changes through functional testing and checking that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• English at B2 level or above.

Location and work model

Hybrid, with 2 days per week at Tagus Park.
