Qualifications
- You have the necessary specialist knowledge based on a successfully completed commercial and/or technical degree or comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in Service Product Portfolio Management and Strategy, in the development and implementation of Service Strategy, in Spare Parts Management and Pricing, in the harmonization of Service Products, in Business Development (Go2Market) and driving key strategic initiatives. Working in a matrix organization is not unfamiliar to you, and cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration is not new to you.
- You have proven international work experience, experience in Customer Service/After Sales and Spare Parts Management (ideally in an industrial environment and/or the intralogistics sector) and a good technical understanding.
- You are a strong strategic thinker, able to understand and communicate complex topics to different stakeholders; possess a strong understanding of numbers, analytical thinking skills and a structured approach; are open-minded and adaptive, resilient, results-oriented, empathetic, committed, and able to work independently; have a confident demeanor, excellent presentation and communication skills, a team-oriented approach, diligence and reliability
- You are proficient in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel and ideally have already worked with a CRM tool (Salesforce) and BI tools (Power BI)
- You are fluent in English and Portugese; additional language skills (e.g. German) are a plus.
