KCS IT seeks a Senior Big Data Engineer in Lisbon to design and optimize data pipelines and analytics solutions. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with Spark, Hadoop, Hive, SQL, Linux, and Kafka, and a working knowledge of APIs. Portugal residency and a hybrid Lisbon work setup are required.

You will collaborate across teams and client projects, leveraging DevOps practices and English communication to deliver scalable data platforms.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Experience with Spark, Python, Hadoop, Hive, SQL, Linux, API and Kafka.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts.
• Good level of English.
• Candidate must be based in Portugal and open to a hybrid position in Lisbon.

Location : Hybrid - Lisbon, 2x week in the office

Skills Needed?

• Minimum of +5 years of experience;
• Experience with Spark, Python, Hadoop, Hive, SQL, Linux, API, Kafka;
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts;
• Good level of English;
